"Why are refills always so hard to find?"
I like the product, but every time I go to buy replacement parts, they’re somehow out of stock. It kind of feels like they make it harder than it needs to be to keep using it.

"Glad I had it with me"
I ordered a small Mace pepper spray from mace.com to keep in my bag, mostly because my sister has carried one for years and always tells me not to walk without something on me. The shipping was totally fine, and it was simple to figure out how to use.
I actually ended up needing it once when a loose dog came charging toward me during a walk. It sprayed fast and gave me just enough time to back away and get out of there safely.
So yes, it definitely works. I didn’t think I’d ever have to use it, but I’m really glad I had it with me.

"Delivery was okay, but not the most reliable"
ordering from Mace was mostly fine. The package did show up, and the tracking worked, but it kind of sat there without updates for a couple days, which made me wonder what was going on.
It ended up arriving a little later than expected. Not a huge deal, but still a bit annoying. The product itself was okay, I just wish the delivery had been a little more dependable

"Pretty easy to carry around"
I like that it’s small enough to just toss in my bag without thinking about it. It doesn’t look bulky or awkward either, which is nice. it feels simple and solid, and then, in a more serious assessment, it’s quite practical to grab whenever I need it

I ordered from Mace and was surprised when it showed up in just two days. Shipping was way faster than I expected, so that part was great. The only thing is I felt like I had to put in a bit more effort than I wanted to get through the whole ordering process, which was kind of annoying. Still, once it was placed, it got here super quick.

I ordered this pepper spray from Mace and it feels really solid. the case has a nice sturdy feel to it, not cheap or flimsy at all, and the safety cap clicks into place nicely
I’ve been carrying it in my bag and haven’t had any leaking or weird issues. it’s small enough to keep with me but still feels dependable, which is exactly what I was looking for. happy with it, I’d buy it again

I ordered pepper spray from mace.com and overall had a good experience. The website was easy to use, and I appreciated getting tracking updates along the way. It arrived in good shape and looks exactly as described, so no complaints there. The only thing I’d mention is that shipping was a couple days slower than I expected. If you’re ordering one, I’d say don’t wait until the last minute, give it a little extra time to arrive. I’d still order from them again if I needed another one...

"I’ve had this for a few months now..."
I’ve had this for a few months now and it’s still going strong, which kind of surprised me because I’ve already dropped it twice. Not like tiny little bumps either, just regular clumsy me moments, and it’s still solid. No issues so far, so yeah, happy with it.

My order showed up fine in the end, but the packaging didn’t feel super secure. The box had a small dent, and when I opened it, the item had a bit of room to shift around inside. I always check packages carefully just in case, and luckily nothing was damaged this time. Still, I would’ve felt better if it had been packed a little tighter for protection
